| I am 5'2 and my dog is 3.5 lbs. As soon as I got this bag out of the box, she immediately crawled into it. She is now sleeping in it. It is small enough for me to maneuver and carry on a very busy NYC bus and fits comfortably underneath my arm and the straps are adjustable and I can wear it over my winter coat. My only regret is that I didn't get the USB plus with the pocket on the outside, I still can't decide if paying $30 for a pocket and doggie poop bag holder is worth the extra money. (As of 11/13 I bought the bag for $70, the USB Plus is about $100). |

| This product and the customer service at PetEgo are the worst I've experienced in a long time. The Universal Sport Bag is misrepresented on the Pet Ego website; there is no possible way a dog over 12 pounds can fit in the bag, yet it is marketed as having a capacity of 20 pounds. The zippers are inferior quality, and the straps are difficult to use. When I called their customer service, I was treated rudely. The owner of the company ignored my emails for over a month, and then sent me an email that was hostile. Save yourself money and a headache! |
